Partner Up for Pups

Welcome!

Crossfit Rampage is hosting an event with Agape Animal Rescue. We would love everyone to come out and support this local animal rescue on Saturday October 4th, 2014.

Come on out to work out, hang out, and support! Crossfit Rampage will have a partner workout at 10 A.M. that everyone is welcome to join in on, it can be for anyone that's been doing Crossfit awhile or beginners. There will be door prizes given out during the event and some games for children to play. The event will begin at 10 A.M. and end around 2 P.M. You can enter to participate, support by purchasing a shirt, or make a donation if you are not able to attend.

We are accepting donations in many forms; monetary, pet supplies, like leashes, dog bowls, dog food, or grooming supplies. Anything is appreciated! Bring your friendly pups if you would like, we are located by a busy road so bring your leash as well.
